Cancellation Policy / Payment Methods / Travel Fees

For all portrait sessions:

• Clients can book online through the website using credit cards. In this case, they must pay the total package price (100% of the total price).
• A non-refundable session retainer (50% by bank deposit - Wise, Revolut, or PayPal) is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy:

• In case of cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice, 50% of the total amount will be retained.
• In case of bad weather:
• Sessions are not canceled if it is cloudy. The only way a session can be canceled due to bad weather is if it rains constantly or there is a very strong storm.
• The first option is to reschedule the photoshoot for another day or another time on the same day, subject to the photographer's availability.
• If it is not possible to reschedule due to constant bad weather or lack of availability between the client and photographer, a refund of 85% of the total photo session will be provided.

Photographer Cancellation:

• In case of cancellation by the photographer, the total amount paid up to that moment will be refunded (depending on the type of payment made, either 50% deposit or 100% payment by credit card; taxes apply).

Travel Fees:

The photographer is based in Madrid. Travel fees apply if you request the shooting or event to be outside Madrid.
